Need

There's no pressure.
Use TactTips as a software information tool
You may
never
find this site
again!
I wish I had an
ounce of silver for every web site
that I
can’t find anymore. It’s irritating, when in the
back of your mind you knew there was one out there that answered your
problem exactly, but its become lost in hyperspace, never to be found
again. ActionTips may just be the newsletter you’re looking
for.
I can almost hear you groaning, not another newsletter.
It’s true; I’ve subscribed to some newsletters that
I wish I hadn’t, but there have been others that have been
invaluable to me. Just try out the free stuff, if it’s what
you want then you haven’t lost anything. If you think it
stinks, then tell me or just unsubscribe; that’s cool.
I don’t read every one of the newsletters that hits my in-box,
but I still keep myself subscribed. When I have an odd moment, or one
turns up with a particularly catchy title, then I’ll spend a
few minutes perusing it. Even if I just delete the newsletter, then at
least I know that when a problem raises its head that TacTips might
solve, then I know the next one is just around the corner.
This technique has been
my saviour time and time again.
It was a newsletter stimulated this site! It arrived
weekly and I dipped into it on occasion. One catchy title and
the right content was right for me at the right time. I’m
glad that I subscribed to that newsletter and took the
author’s advice.
Don't
forget the
FREE stuff. When
you subscribe to the TactTips Software Information system, you will
be directed to a page containing valuable information and electronic
books to start you on the path to better software decisions.
Minimum risk
guaranteed. I guarantee to include an
opt-out link at the very bottom of every TactTip. So you
know where to look for it now, and at any time that you don't want it,
just scroll to the bottom and click away. It would be
nice (but no obligation) to get an e-mail so that I know where
I’m going wrong, but hey, life’s too short to get
het up about it.
TacTips is kept short and to the point. I try to aim
for the main TactTips software information to be read in 2 to 3
minutes, rarely more than
that. I know you’re busy and that’s as much time as
I expect you to give.
Enter your first name and e-mail address in the box on the left and
click 'Subscribe'. Its
as simple as that! You'll get an e-mail with a link which you need to
click on to confirm your address. Get clicking straight away :-)
