Questions about software development.

While I'm here to help. I really can’t enter into a dialogue about a specific software problem unless it is within the framework of one of my products and services. I’m sure you appreciate that we all have to shoe horn a lot into a little time, and I am usually quite booked up.

I’m sorry and will try to get it right.  Make sure you and your ISP’s spam filters are set to accept e-mails from this site. If you’re using g-mail make sure that my e-mails are not in the spam box. If it is, then click the selection box next to the message and click on the ‘Not Spam’ button at the bottom of the g-mail page.

Direct communication.

Online telecommunication.  The majority of my work is conducted by teleconference with consultancies being sold in pairs of sessions. Each consultancy generally follows a format where we explore your particular problem, and agree a course of action for solving it. In between sessions there is some thinking time, for both sides, and during the second session we explore how to arrive at a solution for your problem.

By Phone. You can contact me on 0(44) 775 424 3968. But please be patient, because I’m busy, just like you. If your call is urgent, I will respond within 24 hours. The form below is the most reliable method of communication. I check these forms regularly, in between business sessions, and I guarantee to respond within 4 hours. You can e-mail me r.wendes at gmail.com, (you will have to interpret the address) but this is not monitored as often. E-mail addresses on web sites are usually skimmed and used in spam lists. We all are trying to avoid spam :-)

Spam and privacy.

Spam and privacy are taken seriously.  The form below is my preferred means of contact. I will not use any of the information on any e-mail list, neither will any of the limited information that I ask for be shared with any third parties. I only prefer this form because e-mail addresses are skimmed off of sites and used without the owner’s permission.  The information will be retained only for as long as it is useful in any transaction that we might enter into.
